The burrocracia

February 9, 2009 Category: General Enviar este texto por e-mail Send this text by e-mail

I wanted to inform the Hi how many days it takes portability to occur. A simple question, very simple: after the request, how many days my number is effectively in the i?

The burrocracia gives sleep

2 links (the first half fell to normal, right)
2 attendants
Two protocols
and 16 minutes later ....

the robot (say atendentente) reads the script and tells me, lady, dirigja to a store with the Hi documents blah blah blah that the process will take five days between the start and finish.

P * M * rda ta. Over 15 minutes of my time spent for a simple answer: 5 days.

Good weekend all!

Maysa

  1. Falling in the tale of Hi is sad. There are people who enabled the number there in November, worked a few days and nothing else. Now the connection does not hold for more than 10 seconds, sometimes someone calls you and warn you that the number is blocked.

HI, simple ... to make others fool!

  3. Do not call it bureaucracy. As we all know, most of these atendes only people without much prospect of life and who are looking for a way to get to take it as best as possible. We also know that in Brazil, the interpretation (text, images, conversations ...) still leaves much to be desired. We also know that the lower the educational level of the person, the more it is affected by lack of literacy.
Well, what else is there (and it's everywhere) are people who can not get to the point, they need to go round and round to get to a place that would cost her the effort a step, if it were objective and clear.
Now, imagine a telemarketer with all the features you were lucky ... of its response have only taken 16 minutes ...

Maysa Hello! It would not be news to you say the same thing happened to me days ago is not it! And certainly with several others. More like I'm Brazilian cream; burrocracias say so accustomed to these bureaucracies country who have the patience to wait for a solution. But sometimes this extrava patience on our limites.Isso when a simple problem does not become a storm and both our lives. A big hug.
