First problem with Virtua

Virtua installed here 31 days , there are exactly 48 hours ago. Almost everything was going well (except some URL's that simply do not open for me, but open to everyone), when my internet drops. I called 40047777 and atendemente asked us to do a test to see what I had said I'm unsigned. They were sending out a technician within 2 hours to see what happens.

I plugged my modem Velox therefore ordered canceled two days ago and said it may take 10 days to cancel (how much agility huh?), And has not been canceled so I can post ...

Rubbish way to begin to try a product ...

Update: Connection reestablished at around 1:30 a.m. to 16:30 ... Virtua offline. Let's see if this will be frequent.

Here I use Ajato, I have to complain about, it's fast, had some problems that one day Ajato not accessed any site outside of Brazil, it lasted one day and a half.
