ICASA: respect for the client
I know I speak ill . But we also know how to speak well ![]()
Last month, after finishing the bathroom of the house, a toilet was installed brand ICASA. But the water kept in the box and therefore was running with water from my water tank.

I thought I had to go to Leroy Merlin, that struggle to change the valve, anyway. So before I decided to contact the manufacturer. I entered the site and got the 0800 and called. The clerk took my name, phone number and said that the technician would call scoring a best day and time. Ready, 3 days after the call, the technician came, replaced the valve discharge and everything was resolved.
Note 10 to ICASA. Respect for the client without blah blah blah. Quick and practical.
The technician told me that many of these new valves discharges of 6 liters (brand Astra), which has double-button "DUAL FLUSH" (for the nro to nro 1 and 2 lol) were having problems and being replaced immediately.
