Google recently released a tool (I only know it today), which shows which parts of a page are best seen. It's the Size Browser . In the Adsense blog , and they explained the usefulness of the service:

This tool aims to help publishers adjust the layout of your page, so that important items, announcements and other components are more important in more advantageous places, optimizing your website and consequently improve navigation and increase your earnings.

So .. go there and see if the most important content of your site is in the eyes of your visitors

This week I upgraded the system here in my blog. After the changes I noticed that many ads displayed in the center of the blog did not have much to do with the subject of the post.
