The Claro does not back with my contracted speed
It's hard, saw three months ago ... the phone company does not return to my course contracted speed 3G Internet.
It works like this: my month starts counting from the 18th of each month, and I offer 500 kbps. When traffic 1Gb of data, they lower my speed to 128 kbps, up to the next 18 days and then return to 500 k. But three months already do that speed does not return to the contractor. Since opening two protocols in this period, which did not help.
If we delay the bill, we pay interest. If it took us longer, we have the service suspended. But what if they do not fulfill their part and then? Florida ....
