Fiat 500C: is Mr Bean's car?

Yesterday, while going through the Expressway, leaving Belo Horizonte in the direction of count, I saw a very ugly car, Fiat, with that green card test yet.
Inspired by the first version of the Ford Ka. And to my surprise, it's an expensive car ( Fiat 500C) , which will arrive in Brazil. I commented to a friend who thought he had to compete with the Fiat Uno. I swear!

A small car, ideal p / congested cities. I leave here I needed, in my view, to optimize it, is that it was unique to alcohol. 3Although ugly hurt, this car is not designed thinking of the big cities, because of heavy traffic and pollution, are demanding cars that take up less space and pollute less?
