Some details that make a difference
I am a customer of the Bank of Brazil since 1998. I issue slips, I have car insurance, credit cards use them. Some years ago I was in college information to open an account at Banco Real. Would be cheaper per month ... as my second bank.
For me, the BB was stopped in time. Currently, use of both the Royal Bank that this has become practically my first bank. I issue bills, receive payments, rather use the Visa Electron and Credit. It's cool to the proposal "on the check 10 days without interest" and, last week surprised me by calling here home offering the credit card invoice by email. Who knows the real customer is their concern, because all the papers we receive are recycled. Contracts, folders, everything I have I received there. And I practically do not open these matches ... I do all the checks of the cards via the web.
Of course this will not change the world and solve the environmental issues on the planet. Nor am I saying that the Bank of Brazil and Real good is bad. But these are small things like this that make us perceive differences between service providers. The Bank of Brazil really is very stuck in time.

2Maysa, the Bank of Brazil really is falling short in terms of services. Now it is almost routine the site goes down. But in contrast to its great advantage is to be omnipresent. No need to run miles to find an ATM to withdraw the Dimdim.
