"At one point, I'll have a nervous breakdown and be admitted to a hospital or something," says one of the most technologically bloggers known in the U.S., Michael Arrington, stating that their business full time, "not sustainable" since gained over 13 pounds and began to suffer from sleep problems.
"Would not it be great if any author or journalist couldst blog writing between 20:00 hours and dawn?", Quips the official, in an interview with VNUnet, arguing that, "well, we could all take a break, but it will never happen. "

3Imagine if they decide to do this "curfew" in the blogosphere? What time I update my child?
4Sport is an excellent option to avoid stress. I have exact 8 hours of work and thereafter flew running, cycling. This is great and recommend.
5I think that causes so much stress as any self-employment. A businessman or informal worker also has to wonder if control not to work all the time and still not miss anything important. Regarding the obligation to stay informed, journalists live with it for centuries and still exist. It's just a question of adapting it.
