Gizmo has an excellent quality, no echo, no biting voice, gives a good talk. And does not charge a connection fee as Skype. In fact, in my Velox 1 MB connection, the connection is superior to Gizmo call via Skype, which has given eco sometimes.
Ahhh, he "talks" with Google Talk, Jabber, MSN, Yahoo, AIM, and of course phones and mobiles.

I was some time in Japan, and used much 12Voip (also has VoipRaider, the same company). He makes free calls to many countries (for landline). To enable free calls you need to register and buy credits, then the countries listed on the site you get 300 minutes a week to talk, Durantes valid 3 months. When passing the 3 months you need to buy more credits to get the phone free for 3 months. Works very well and use today, even though in Brazil to make local calls for free. The quality is not perfect but also not wanting.
