Changing Habits
Well, comrades, after 9 years working on the computer sitting, past time to send into space the kilos gained from a sedentary lifestyle and the cold of Porto Alegre (city that I lived for five years).
It is not easy to change habits ... routine. But I am determined. I'm tired!
I'm doing reeducation food accompanied by a dietitian, and spinning at the gym every day. In less than one month, eliminated almost 3 pounds already. Exciting for me.
It is never late, always on time. I want to bring good news about this in the coming months.
