How to clean salmon?

Salmon

I LOVE ... raw salmon, fried, baked, anyway. This is my money, eat regularly, lol

I want to learn how to clean it ... because the buy in Wal-Mart has no head and clean inside ... but with the central spine. Does anyone know give me a hint? I read out there who have to use tweezers to 8O 8O

    Funny thing is that now I eat more salmon than meat, not just because I love, but because paid mto the cheaper pound salmon than in the pound of flesh!

    1 - Dry skin of salmon, after absolutely clean. Use oven or microwave. Turn it to powder in blender or food processor. Use this powder to flavor their dishes of fish or seafood in general.
    2 - The clamp is to remove the thorns in the flesh interspersed in some places the fillet. It helps a lot. It's faster and they do very well is pulled lengthwise.
    3 - The head gives the best soup / broth that you can imagine. Use it as you would the head of any other fish.
