Caring for your new domain
I found these tips, written by Ricardo (the Nomer), the site of ABRAWEB and I quote the most interesting.
1) Do not disclose the domain name before registering it
This is serious. I know companies who first dreamed up the project and were then register the domain. What happened? The domain had been registered. Solution: rename the project.
2) Use the official websites to check availability of domains
I like to use: Registro.br (. br) and Internic (. with. net. org ...).
3) Do not try to get the desired domain in search engines
Queries can be stored and searched the area is interesting, may register it before you.
4) Navigation bars
Special attention to these toolbar offered there. They store their information.
5) Do not publish before you register it
Avoid printing any document that prints the check chosen field. Only do this after you are sure that it is yours.
These are the 10 tips, but I said I thought the 5 most important. All here .
Not be too careful. stay tuned.

The three most important underlying functions of the domains are:
1 - inform the user what the company does
2 - Ensure the memory in the user's mind
3 - optimize indexing sites for search engines
Of course there are millions of exceptions to these rules ... for example, while Coca Cola is a company manufacturing and marketing of soft drinks, she does not communicate this to be a world famous brand.
However, for new companies that are seeking market share virtual, these three tips are worth noting.

Maysa is true, recently published in my blog a few techniques to earn more with the web and were related to two main domains, one consisting of the record and other similar domains to register just changing the ending for example, registering Google.com. br when the company's website is just Google.com or google.br (of course google is being used only as an example here).
Not be too careful.
