Keyboard accent, cedilla, mark ...
Finally. After 1 year and 5 months alternating (with Alt + Shift) keyboard Portuguese to English and vice versa, my sister (thanks Dani) found the correct setting for once and for all, using the characters in Brazilian Portuguese, because my keyboard is standard American.
I cedilla, accents, and the question will lol -? O to E, all very easy. To set up (Windows XP):
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Date, Time, Language and Regional Options -> Add other languages
Now, Languages tab click "Details" and set as follows:
Input Language:
English (United States) - Portuguese Brazil may be that it'll work for you
Keyboard layout / IME:
English (United States - International)
