Phone bill can be fixed 160% more expensive to shift to minute
The shift to minute will displease many consumers, as spending on the phone bill must rise. Compared with the current method of collection, only the connections of up to one minute will be less expensive plans offer compulsory (primary and alternate) of the FCC.
