Google Talk Account Locked

Since yesterday my Gtalk does not connect. It should connect automatically to turn on your computer, but will not give ... I press the login button, it tries to generate a captcha, but says it was not possible and appears: Account Locked. This happens to anyone else or is it just me?
Speaking of Google Talk, as in Figure repaparam error disclosure program, which is the official site ?

Afor me the same thing happened, but captcha image was generated without problems aih could unlock the account
