Statute of cinephile

At last, an interesting bill.
The Statute was approved on first cinephile intância by the Municipality of Belo Horizonte. These are the topics that stand out:
- Confiscation of the cell at the entrance of the cinema;
- Limited to 15 minutes the time of the trailers and advertisements;
- The change in programming bans less than 24 hours prior to display;
- Requires that the movie is displayed regardless of the number of spectators.
There is nothing more UNBEARABLE and rude than people serving cell in the movies ... here in Minas, is very common. In addition to traditional chat hours of film and pause for a pee. That's right, believe me, watch Troy in a movie theater in Montes Claros, and in the middle of the film, turned off. Almost everyone got up and went to the bathroom, drink water .... and a minority (10%) atonic ... including me. Well ... in the battle seemed to joke.
Congratulations to Councilman Délio Malheiros (PV). Now hope that is being applied.

Wow ... this is news to me. Stop the movie in the middle? Even more in the battle! I would be very angry about this, even if the cinema here in Ribeirão which is expensive.

I have not seen this yet, here in interiorrrr mine does not (Fabriciano / Ipatinga).
But this (statute) should serve as a basis for national law. It's really a lack of respect. But I'm not even going to the movies too (which does not justify having a law to do so).

3Well I'm not going to the movies no I'm just addicted, ahahahuauhaah support number, gender and degree this law! Why I can start tomorrow! Q I would include the requirement for tb turn the air-conditioned rooms that have some q seems not to save the link, went from there as if we had coming out of a sauna at times.
