Very cool news, but it is in Portugal. The entire process is online, practical and red tape.

There is talk of implementing this in Brazil. Hopefully it will not take ... now the process is expensive and slow (may take six years to register a trademark in Brazil and 10 years for a patent). Besides we do not have the "agents" middlemen to register a trademark.

I look forward to this innovation in land tupiniquins ... need to register two marks each.
