Adsense ad with phone

Saw a post here that made me think hard about the consequences of an advertisement with a telephone. Will my visitor sees an ad there with something that interests you, will connect directly without clicking to see the company website? Good question ...
Doing a search at this moment, appears to me an ad with Google phone, and how I use a plugin for Skype which makes the phones displayed on web pages into links to direct dial, I was quite intrigued. See how it looks (I passed the mouse over the phone, opening the text Call this phone number in Brazil ....):

True, Doufer, the filter Adsense only allows you to add up to 200 lines or addresses.
