I went to a pharmacy and only then discovered that there was this tiny, smaller than a pen cap. I found it funny, and not put faith in its efficiency. But after brushing your teeth and go wire to use and yet it still removes food particles that the brush and the wire is not pulled. Incredible!

I do not like to floss, but the dentist said I need to obtain success in my treatment. And as my teeth have a space between them, would together with the wire, the inter-dental brush.

And yet, a 2 x week, even rinse your mouth with a mouthwash (without alcohol as this can increase the chances of having oral cancer).

It is not easy ... I have to give special attention to my teeth, if you want to keep them in my mouth and healthy.
