Orkut changes Terms of Service

It seems that since Friday, Orkut has shown a message about the new terms of the site. It seems they want to calm the public prosecutor, as events that I reported here . But it is obvious that something must be done. Pedophilia, racism, among many other absurdities are present in Orkut, like normal things.
Soon to come into my account, comes the message:
Remember, we all like to orkut.com and rely on your help to keep you healthy. Please use the service responsibly and do not hesitate to immediately report any abuse on profiles and communities. Illegal content will not be tolerated and will be removed.

So, looking at the words, I saw some interesting things:
- "We reserve the right to modify or terminate the orkut.com service for any reason and without notice ..."
- "You must be 18 years or older to use the orkut.com service" (and now? All the kids on Orkut, the age will lie to avoid being excluded?)
- "... It is necessary to provide true, accurate and complete when you make your registration as a member of orkut.com ..." (hehehe not everyone put real information there ...)
- "... You understand and agree that orkut.com may access, record and disclose your personal information and content of your account, if required by law or when we believe in good faith that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to meet a legal process or protect the rights ... "(that's what the Brazilian court wants: access to user data that commit crimes on Orkut, and this is where they will dance because it is not difficult to locate them)
- "Orkut.com and its affiliates, licensors, partners, suppliers, consultants and agents (" orkut ") assume no responsibility, in whole or in part, for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability" (no man's land did not, put!)
I mean, are worrying ... if justice have to close the company in Brazil, will not be legal for them since they already have many investments and clients here. I've talked and I mean Google is burning in Brazil Orkut nonsense ... if there are people doing crimes, they just provide the data for these patients.
I noticed something new to report abuse of a user, three new options appear:
- The profile or community contains child pornography
- The profile or community features racist or incites
- The profile or community contains serious threats of violence
It seems that everything is new ... had not noticed that. Every time a user denounced by SPAM, see the page that shows the options the subject of the complaint, and never saw these three items. Are worrying ...

Good morning, I wonder why they will finish with my google account? I am a married man 45 years children have ficso address and do not see reasons for this situation is my own I have 2 pc and this visit to any public orgom, thanks for listening hope to have the answer in my scrapbook page because I need it to work tabem.fiquem with God and all that orgom have a 2010 full of happiness.
